Gayle M. Appel

GAYLE MARIE APPEL, age 79 of Waterville, died on Monday, April 17, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato.

Gayle is survived by two children, Patty (Jerry) Leopold of Dallas, TX, and Rick (Laurie) Appel of Waterville, MN; four grandchildren, Jody (Matt) Morris and their children Hunter and Sienna, Jesse (Shiela) Appel and their children Ava, Haylee, Mackenzie, and Victoria, Katie (Marcus) Beer and their children Brennan, Roman, and Reagan, and Jeremy Appel; and one brother, Gary (Diane) Dusbabek of Brainerd; and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Nina (Atherton) Dusbabek; her father, Harry Dusbabek; a sister, Harriet Johnson; and a brother-in-law, Russell Johnson.

Private graveside services will be held at Sakatah Cemetery in Waterville.
