Christopher "Coo" Cummins

CHRISTOPHER “COO” CUMMINS, age 32 of New Richland died on Friday, December 13, 2019 at his home.

Born on April 20, 1987 in Faribault, Minnesota, he was the son of Rocky Mertins and Angel Cummins.  He enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his friends.

He is survived by his significant other, Marcie Flor of New Richland; parents, Rocky Mertins and Angel Cummins of Janesville; brother, Jason (Sheila) Cummins of New Richland; sister, Hanna Mertins of Janesville; and nieces, Grace and Ava Cummins.  He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Helen McDonough of Waseca and Richard Cummins of Janesville.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Yvonne Mertins and maternal grandfather, Dennis McDonough.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.  A celebration of life will follow at the American Legion in Waseca.
