La Donna Friedrich La Donna Lee Friedrich, age 49 of Farmington, formerly of Waseca, died on Friday, January 1, 2016 at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville. Born on September 14, 1966 in Rochester, Minnesota she was the daughter of Orville and Dianna (Strand) Friedrich. She graduated from Prior Lake High School in 1985. For many years La Donna lived at various Elm Homes located in Ellendale, Albert Lea, and Waseca. Most recently, she resided at Trinity Care Center in Farmington. La Donna was known for her good work ethic and enjoyed spending time with her family, gardening, playing softball, traveling and watching parades. La Donna is survived by one sister, Dorrie (Ken) Heronimus of Auburn, NE; three brothers, John (Kathy) Friedrich of Dundas, Mark (Lori) Friedrich of Prior Lake and Matt (Patty) Friedrich of New Prague. She is also survived by nine nephews and five nieces. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church in Waseca with Rev. Paige Whitney officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Interment will take place at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. |
