Lois K. Hamson

Lois K. Hamson, age 78, a four-year resident of Holyoke, Massachusetts, and a 40-year resident of Waseca, Minnesota, died peacefully Tuesday, November 15, 2016, at Windgate of West Springfield, Massachusetts, of natural causes.

Lois was born November 6, 1938, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, the youngest daughter of Edna and John Colstrup.

Lois is survived by her two sisters, three children, two grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and her son’s wife and granddaughter.

Sadly, she missed the birth of her first grandchild by 1 month. She’s in spirit with us, now her remains will return home to rest next to her husband, Harold.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca with Rev. John Omans officiating.  There will be a graveside service afterwards at Woodville Cemetery.
