Jeffrey Mark Lewis

JEFFREY MARK LEWIS, age 71 of Waseca, died on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester.

Born in Waseca on August 11, 1946, Jeffrey was the son of Donald and Bonnie (Fitzloff) Lewis.  He graduated from Waseca High School before enlisting in the United States Air Force.  After serving for three years, Jeff was honorably discharged, and he returned to Waseca to begin his career with the EF Johnson Company.  He continued to work in sales there for over 35 years, and then moved on to work at Waseca Hy-Vee.  He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Waseca, and he enjoyed golfing, hunting, and fishing.

Jeff is survived by one daughter, Bethany Lewis of St. Paul; one son, Rob (Jill) Thomas of Chandler, AZ; two brothers, Jerry (Suzanne) Lewis of Waseca and Brian “Scott” (Susan Smith) Lewis of St. Paul; and two grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by both of his parents.

Visitation will be held from 4-7PM on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca, and will continue for one hour before the service at the church on Friday.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, September 29, 2017 at Grace Lutheran Church in Waseca, with Rev. Kristi Mitchell officiating.
