Ronda Jean Matz

RONDA JEAN MATZ, age 55 of Owatonna died on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at her home in Owatonna.

Born on January 1, 1962 in Waseca, Minnesota, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Violet (Zell) Matz.  She graduated from Waseca High School in 1980.  Ronda was employed at the VFW Post in Waseca for many years until 2010 when she became disabled.  She was a member of the American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries in Waseca.

She is survived by one sister, Robin (Marvin) Warburton of Janesville; two brothers, Dave (Kathy) Matz and Alan (Carol) Matz both of Waseca; nieces, Ann Warburton and Lisa Matz; and nephews, Michael (Sarah) Warburton and Tony Matz.   She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Visitation will be held at Dennis Funeral & Cremation Services in Waseca on Friday, December 29, 2017 from 4-6 PM.   Private graveside services will be held at Woodville Cemetery in Waseca.
