Leo M. Mullenmaster

LEO MAURICE MULLENMASTER, age 77 of Owatonna died on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Koda Living Community in Owatonna.

Born on May 29, 1939 in Owatonna, Minnesota, he was the son of Leo and Creta (Lonergan) Mullenmaster.   He was the oldest of 16 children, formerly of Deerfield Township.  He graduated from Medford High School in 1957.  Leo lived in Minneapolis most of his adult life, working in many different sales positions.  He enjoyed dancing, fishing, pheasant hunting, and visiting with family and friends.

He is survived by three children, Colette Hemingway, Laurie (Kenny) Senkyr, and Nick Mullenmaster; and four grandchildren.  He is also survived by siblings, Colette (Elizabeth Flannery) Mullenmaster, Ann Marie (David E.) Zak, Bill (Sandy) Mullenmaster, Candace (Jim) Cole, Coleen (Steve) Wilker, Elaine (Lloyd Heim) Mullenmaster, Greg (Joyce) Mullenmaster, Monica (Tim) Nelson, Thomas (Laurie) Mullenmaster, Brian (Brenda) Mullenmaster, Maurice (Terrie) Mullenmaster, and Scott (Bea) Mullenmaster; special friend, Joannie Kampff; and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Michelle; sister, Mary Schweisthal; and brothers, Larry and Mark.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2016 at 11:30 AM at St. Aiden’s Catholic Cemetery in rural Ellendale with Fr. Gregory Leif officiating.
