DIANE M. VANVYVE, age 67 of Waseca died on Monday, November 25, 2013 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. Born on February 19, 1946 in St. Paul, Minnesota she was the daughter of Clifford and Elsie (Klainert) Knutson. She graduated from Monroe High School in St. Paul and later attended beauty school. Diane married Arthur VanVyve on August 22, 1970 in St. Paul. After moving to Waseca, Diane worked at Brown Printing Co. for over 20 years in the Paste-Up Department. She enjoyed reading her Bible, spending time in prayer, worshiping the Lord and shopping. Diane was a member of the Christian Assembly in Waseca and was a volunteer at the Neighborhood Service Center. Diane is survived by her husband, Arthur of Waseca; two children, Jeffrey (Anna) VanVyve of St. Paul and Marie (Kent) Clemmerson of Independence, MO; and three grandchildren, Charles, Zoe and Edmund Clemmerson. She is also survived by siblings, Robert Knutson of Cottonwood, AZ and Debbie (Rusty) Studler of Eagan; one niece, Missy Hart; and the family dog, Solomon. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Tom. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Assembly in Waseca with Rev. Brad Wickersheim officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Waseca. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at the church. |
