Erich L. Volk

ERICH VOLK, age 25 of Waterville died on Sunday, October 29, 2017 in Le Sueur County, Minnesota.

Born on July 24, 1992 in Faribault, Minnesota, he was the son of Joe and Nicole (Larish) Volk.   He graduated from Waterville-Elysian-Morristown High School in 2011.  Erich worked as a manager at Arby’s in Mankato and St. Peter.

He is survived by his parents, Joe and Nicole Volk; and two brothers, Pieter Volk and Sam Volk all of Waterville.  He is also survived by maternal grandparents, Lana Janke of River Falls, WI and Lloyd Larish of Owatonna and paternal grandfather, Duane Volk of Waterville.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Volk; uncle, David Volk; and aunt, Bonnie Vogelpohl.
